Ok, what transformer is the biggest pain in the ass for you to transform?
For me it's gotta be a toss-up between Omega Prime, Landfill or Rail Racer, the whole RID line has some complex stuff in it.
Looking for a Powermaster Prime Shoulder cannon/smoke stack thinggy.

Yeah those transformers that have an outter shell style body are a real pain, like Skybite and Side Burn

Cybertron Soundwave. He's such a pain in the ass to get back into jet mode. I can never seem to get everything in place the way it's supposed to be.
RiD Galvatron is pretty complex too, but only because he's got 8 billion different transformations. I'd like him if he weren't so ****ing ugly...

I don't have alot of toys, but Alt Smokescreen was always a pain to get back into car mode.
And though Leader Prime isn't difficult, he's pretty hard to figure out the first time through. For me, that is.

Masterpiece Megatron.
Aligning all those panels for Big Convoy to look right in beast mode.
I don't remember any other transformers giving me trouble with their transformations, I even managed TM2 Megatron with no instructions.

Aye that one can be annoying the first few times. Movie Leader Megatron was a pain the first time too for me, but mostly because Hasbro decided that their instructions should not be clear or make sense to anyone.

Altenator Grimlock, his arms never seem to go where they are supposed to.
BW Ramhorn, transforming him from arm-mode to robot- or bug-mode. I have had him...many years, I still haven't learned how to do that.

Alternators Swindle. I've not managed to get him to robot mode yet. And I'd second Cybertron Soundwave, whose parts will simply not quite re-align in vehicle mode.

Alternators Prime, I can never get him into truck mode properly.

Actually, I remember RiD Magnus being a mission the first time round... on top of which, the instructions were so bad I just had to use the picture on the box.

Throwing in my hat for Masterpiece Megatron, he's the hardest to transform.
Binaltech Grimlock isn't that hard to transform. What's hard is to do without popping off the doors and arms.
Movie Ultimate Bumblebee is pretty hard, too, especially if you haven't got the instructions manual.

All this fuss about RiD Magnus makes me want one just so I could see for myself.

RiD Magnus is pretty tough but getting him to combine with Optimus to make Omega Prime is probably the most frustrating thing in the world.

I simply love the transformation scheme of Sideways..and for that matter deluxe Unicron as well...they are very similar. Never found that it was hard or complex...but very well thought out imho.
