Bios on the cards included with the toys, now...

Well, I'm going through all the boxes I have saved up, squashing them down and sorting them and whatnot, and I noticed something:

On the tech spec card from one of the two Infernos, and he has stats on the back as normal for energon, along with rounded edges to the cards.

The other Inferno card has square edges with the bio and quote on the back. It also says "Fleer, 2003".

I think I ran across Optimus and Megatron cards with bios on the back, too.

What's up with this? Two different kinds of cards simultaneously, or did one replace the other?

I got a Starscream fleer bio as well. From what i understand, on the later wave 1 toys(and Megatron too i guess) the specs were exchanged with fleer cards that contains the bios. I think a Hotshot,Ironhide,Scorponok and Jetfire versions also exist,but that's all.

My Ironhide had both card types packed with him, I thought it was a bit odd myself.

I finished sorting through the stuff Sunday afternoon, and found bio cards for Inferno, Optimus, Megatron, and Scorponok.

Kind of neat, but a bit odd to only insert them in the middle of the line...
