Remote controlled Transformers?
has ne1 newhere heard of anything about remote controlled transformers i mean if they could automatically transform that would be quite a spectacle it should be investigated if there are any future plans of takara or hasbro making these!
Vash:Normally when you buy an old, used bike, you're supposed to repair it before riding it!

Armada Prime's trailer transforms automatically when the cab is turned into his various modes. That kinda counts.
I personally have no desire for automated Transformers. The transformation itself is a good part of the fun for me, and remote control electronics would certainly bump up the price a good bit. Not to mention possibly ruining the figure with big boxes that can't be well hidden or transformed...
Anyhow, A-Prime is the only one, isn't it?

Flec's selling a lot of RID, Armada, and Energon, and a few G1 toys. 'S all I'm sayin'.
The TFArchive RPG - "the most popular part of the site[!]" - Skywarp. Darn tootin'.

There were also the little wind-up and flip over transformers. They had two drills/prongs in the front. Can't remember their names, but the transformed on their own (well, flipped over) after you wound them up.
But as far as strictly remote-control goes, the armada prime trailer is the only thing I know of.

I believe you are referring to Top Spin and Twin Twist. You can find pics of them in the catalogue scans for G1, year 1985.
Thanks, Zeeks! Great job!

Yeah but i think it would be something that ppl that don't like transformers will like and they could be a new line we could call em the "Automaters!" or not what evers good.

Remote control TFs
I have a Mazda radio control car that could transfrom into a robot. The RC has been ripped out - it malfunctioned when i was still little enough and stupid enough to not think about preservation - but the car/robot itself is still ok.
I mean it never transformed by rc but it did move by RC if that counts...

Mine didnt transform itself, you had to do that, but you could move him via RC.
I'll have to get a photo of him to show him off...
that'd be kewlness!
