I was confused because Remy does not have pics of the combined form. And everyone has been talking about Superion & Bruticus and Buildtron gets no press. **** it I'll just go to the Hasbro site just forget I asked.

Unless you're going for the gestalt, stay the hell away from the crane molds. Worst figures since Armada.

ohhh i don't knoww - the crane mould looks fairly funky when attached to Superion as an arm

my biggest complaint/issue about the Combiners is the fact they all look so damn skinny & leggy.. Stormjet looks like he needs to bulk right out before it'll look 'right'.

If you want to call it that... but, like Bruticus, I think the whole 'combined agents of evil working to destroy the universe yadda yadda' aspect is strengthened when they're not pretty.

If they were autobots, it wouldn't work as well for them.

And while i do crave for a Buildron, I hate its head design. I'll just wait until a review of him is up at ben's or at any other fan that's capble of buying a Japanise TRU exlusive....

Something still gets me though,this is said to be the last Superlink toy, Does that mean Takara won't issue Beachcomber, Landquake or even Sixshot? They were in the cartoon. And Sixshot is a main charecter for all the 8 eps he is in....
Unlike Hasbro, I just can't see Takara doing this to those poor Japanise Transfans..

As far as I know, they haven't gotten Sharkticon, Slugslinger, Grimlock & Swoop, et al either.

Yeah,but those never made a show appearance. Takara usually releases only toys thar appear on the cartoon. They released Slugslinger Sharticon and Tow-Line on their US exlusive line.
Beachcomber,Landquake and Sixshot all appear on Superlink...Thats why its so wierd to me...

I know!!Its like 20-60$ more than Bruticus!and thats before you calculate shipping!!Still,i expect a review in 3 weeks
