What toys must be re-made?
What unsuccessful toys wouldnt hurt to be remade?
G1 Galvatron
Powermaster Prime he looked too big and kinda Amrada/Energon lookin' but he was still a great toy.

Oh right. Well I agree with you on Galvatron's head, but the rest of him was reasonably cool. More than average articulation of arms and legs, silly blippy sounds with the aid of a square battery. I remember being really pleased with him when I got him for Christmas, and also wondering why they changed the headcrest design in the cartoons and comics.
Usually they would redesign a face if it had little in the way of human features e.g. redesigning Brawn, Windcharger and Bumblebee's faces from their toy versions. But Galvatron they just change the helmet a bit. It wasn't awful to begin with. Not by any means great, but not awful either.
I suppose they thought they couldn't get away with giving Optimus a mouth though.
