I'm willing to bet right now Sam and Mikaela will be written out (and most likely married) at the end of the third film. And that Lennox will be kept on for human cast continuity if there's a fourth film (to totally go off into Criswell territory, I think the box office will be slightly down for the third installment and Paramount might see where they are for a bit). Epps might die, especially as they basically ran out of things for him to do in the second one anyway... Pretty sure the British guy had the same amount of lines.

Perhaps that'll be the point it goes straight to DVD.

That's what RiD is for.

Probably. I think? Unless there's pointless tie-in comics for that, too.

You're forgetting the super official oh yes Japanese timeline that bungs everything together. Pre-film they've all got Unicron.

Though have they dug out the crowbar to shove the film and Animated stuff stuff in yet?

No I'm not, because I deliberately specified RiD as opposed to Car Robots. :p

I think the whole Hungry Dragon thing takes care of the movie. Animated's yet to crop up in Japan, to the best of my knowledge.

How i wish that were to be true. However since this is coming from Bay, I would have to assume that the movie's title might be:
SPOILER! (select to read)
Transformers: Unicron Unrated

...Wait, what? Why would you assume that? Are you guys through even trying with your random Bay insults any more? I hope I'm just missing a joke or something, because I have no idea what you're trying to imply.

I'm thinking for a third installment, the any one of the words "Saga," "Return," or "Legend" may appear.

Or, they could get Stan Bush back in the saddle and doing something with "Til All are One"

EDIT: Oh, wait, one more: maybe "Rise of the Quintessons"

Dr. Stranglehold: Or How I Learnt to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb Burst?

Ahem. As far as TF films once the main cast leave I bet you all now Morshower will be the only one to carry on into every film. He's great and they'll probably continue to need someone in charge of the Autobots army allies, plus he has the bonus of being a good solid character actor, or in other words someone who's salary probably doesn't go up very much from film to film. Though to spice things up he could play a completely different yet strangely similar high ranking military officer in every film. Possibly even a different character in every scene.

Wasn't the third film in a series. It's like you're not even trying.

My thoughts too. :)

Maybe next time out he can play the First Lady or something.

Though the important thing is none of the other characters must ever acknowledge they keep running into people who look like the bloke from 24.

At some point they'll be a book or a comic that'll exsist for the sole purpose of explaining that the first film character was Morshower's (the character, not the actor...) long lost twin brother or some other dull nonsense won't there? :(

You've probably just unleashed spoilers for the next BotCon comic.

Oh, maybe it's something to do with Alternate Universes and Twilight's Last Gleaming and the AU version of Morshower got promoted and then crossed dimensions or some other toss.

Wait, IDW have the rights to 24 and Trek (where he was a few characters as well). A huge infinate crisis style crossover where Pierce, Morshower, Whatevertheguyfromthefirstfilmwascalled and the Enterprise B helmsman all have to team up to save the Universe from crazy bearded Charles Logan is clearly what's needed here. They'd all be very stoic about it.
