And on Entertainment Earth.

Those online retailers just recently added this as a standard disclaimer so they can't be held liable for any actual not-suited-for-kids toys they sell. Easier to do this across the board than keeping track of which products actually require it.

Ah. A bit like Danger: Avoid death.

Although now that I think of it, I don't suppose that he's aimed at children.

I have to admit that I'm amused by the diving goggles and snorkel.

Man, how childish, right? I mean, why wouldn't we expect this sort of thing from a toyline?

Herbie is way to cool to be associated with Bumblebee.

It doesn't look that bad. Also what in the world is with everyone who hate this line? These things are being made for kids, not 20 or over adults. It doesn't even look that bad. Hell I hope they do a repaint for Darkwing.

No, they're being made as collector items for adults, going by the price-to-size ratio of Mickey.

Japanese toys don't really seem to be all that cheap anyway. Aimed at kids or not.

This is kind of cute. If they do a Darkwing Duck version I might even consider it.

The best response to the whole boiling.

Although... think about it... If these Disney crossovers turn out to be highly unpopular, we ought to be buying them up to save against future rarity value... but that might mean they're not thought of as unpopular and the round starts again... Pluto? Minnie Mouse? Chip'n'Dale?

I understand why it's not everybody's cup of tea, but why the hate? These crossover toys are cute and sort of funny. I would buy Darkwing Duck remold. :o

Because these people suffer from the affliction of being Transformers fans, and all the pious posturing that comes with it? Imagine it, the Transformers brand being used to make child's toy based on a long-standing property owned by an international corporation...
