I'd say the Flash, only other person who can come close to his speed is Superman.

Flash can run faster than the speed of light (he has a protective aura that protects him from whatever harm that would cause). There's no evidence that Blurr is that fast. I would have to say that Flash would just take a socket wrench, and disassemble him before he even knew what was going on.

Flash would run circles around him. The only individual that might be close is the Silver Surfer.

Look, we all know Quicksilver would win hands down. He's got such a funky attitude. And then there's Meanstreak. Whatcha mean who? Gambitsilver from X-Men 2099, that's who!

If you keep up on flash, which I do, you will know he can run fast enough to cause time travel. Hence he is faster than the Silver
Surfer. Also, when the Flash is running, he does not have a "field", that protects him from harm, however, he is in vulnerable to heat generation sources while running. His powers, called the speed force, do grant him a suit that does give him some sort of armor, whether or not he is running. He can Vibrate his molecule apart, esentially turning him intangeble, so the big gun from Blur, would not hurt him. In fact, he can vibrate those same molecules, to alter the energy, rendering it harmless. Even further, he can vibrate them even tighter together, to increase his density, making him, one hard puncher.
From one, very experienced, comic fan.

They haven't really been doing anything different, in fact, he has always been able to do this. It is just not that easy for him. When it comes down to crunch time, he has always been able to do it.

Hrm..well I remember when he was constantly stuffing himself with hamburgers and milkshakes because his metabolism also had super speed. Heh, that was pretty good actually.

I think Blurr could win if he use a different tactic. It’s unknown if Flash is faster then all the Blurrs or just some of them. I guess it depends on which Blurr he’s dealing with.
