Normally,I would say yes, since UM got on a nice sell in Israel(20-30$ per magnus) BUT, 30 Euro is alot of money, and those who buy UM are usually American(since it was pretty limited in the US). The 120$ version you saw was the Japanese USA EDITION from Takara. Thats the reason the price is so high...
