Furman used all his creative maximimum mind for the original marvel comics. Especially the end series with Unicron. I mean that was the most awesome writing for anything Transformers related. (The biggest problem for the marvel comics was needing to introduce new toys as they where released, without...

Heh,
I have almost the same.

I loved G1, everything else was crap.

Beast Wars is still a big meh to me.

Animated has some really good designs after initial meh-ness.

The movie designs I really hated... and now I think they're the best...

G1 lost some flava after that.

Prime looks ok.

hmm,

on A Transformer scale the first movie scores a 99 out of 100 with ease.
The second drops significantly though.

Dark of the Moon is good.
Has a hidden meaning. Nice.

But Unicron. I hope not. Really. That would be bad.

Why are ignoring me view? Megatron leaves the factory EARLIER. Optimus Prime LATER. How does Megatron know where Optimus goes? It is all quite easy to follow. And still, in your case, Optimus would meet up with his friends instead of going alone down in the woods. He would know he woulds stand a bet...

Your giving an explanation of your own mindset to justify madness. It still does not explain how Megatron got behind Optimus since Optimus came out the building later. And since, according you, Optimus did not know where Megatron went to it is also a vica versa effect. Your explanation makes Optimus...

On rewatching RotF there is real daft thing... When the Autobots come to rescue Sam, Mikaela and that other dude. Optimus Prime shoots Megatron out of the window. Bumblebee screeches along window, just evading falling Megatron, Bumblebee goes on to pick up Mikaela. Megatron gets a tank and races awa...

In the past I disliked the movie designs, now I think they are better then the G1 or other designs!

The only think lacking in movies is distinctive colours on Decepticons.

Bumblebee is, for me, the coolest design of all.

Well, both films get better on multiple watchings. My initial bad point was the transformer designs. Regarding Decepticons these still stand towards 90% of them. The silver - black mesh army would be a good name as well. In the second movie the best part is the Shanghai part in my opinion though Sid...

A question on names...of humans.

In a lot of posts I see it stated that Sam should actually be Spike and Mikaela to be Carly.

Whatever happened to Buster & Jessica from the comics? Wheren't they the first ones?
Sparkplug as Buster's dad

That's a thing I wondered about these few comics contained more large drawings (1 page drawings) then the whole series of US marvel G1 together. At first it looks nice, then it is wasted story-space. And the effect gets lost. I mean when the double paged Unicron showed up in the last Marvel comics i...

Hmm, I think Dark Ages had a nice conclusion. Clear and not a real deus ex machina (like v1 did have(s)). And Wildman did his best in the US Marvels. Furman as well. I think the conclusion issues (from matrix hunt (minus wild west) to defeating Unicron) are very well written with good art by Wildman...

Dreamwave's The War Within Series

Heya, sorry if this is the wrong forum... Anyway, recently I downloaded the War Within series (v1, The Dark Ages and the 3 parts of Age of Wrath). V1 was pretty okay though jumpy and chaotic to follow at times. A good story which would've benefitted from better storytelling. Good art & colouring...
