Hey, dura. How've you been?

*checks notes from the last time we did this*

Okay. Right. Let's see...

Galvatron's head was a crown. Megatron's head was a bucket.

So the answer is Beachcomber.

Just received a replacement copy of Primacy. No idea if the pages were wrong in the previous one or fixed in this. Haven't checked.

Finally got SoC Getter Dragon, completing the trio. Waist joint is loose as **** on this one, as it is on the other two. It's a shame that you can't put the Getter Wing on his back without blocking the stand, as the waist is so flimsy I'm not comfortable standing him freely. Would also be good if th...

Your tweets autopost to Facebook? Can't think of anything more horrific. Half the fun of Twitter is it being a separate entity. Stream of consciousness shitposting for the anonymous masses, then a carefully constructed formal statement for the casual racists who we're unfortunate enough to be relate...

Have fun at the con, losers. I'll be off doing other stuff, but will probably keep up-to-date by stalking Dalek's Twitter.

Picked up the new Marvel Legends Human Torch. He's okay. I'd like him a lot better if the head was in the same colour plastic as the rest of him and the flame effect didn't just make it look like he's lost an argument with his barber. Also picked up Dazzler and Sunfire cheap. They are pretty much wh...

Also have we mentioned that Takara are doing a Masterpiece Targetmaster Hot Rod? Because of course they are.

Looks to be slightly darker in colour scheme on the legs. There are pictures out there, I'm not your ****ing butler.

Saw the thread title on the main forum index and thought somebody had bumped an old WWTF story I'd forgotten I'd written.

Mother****er. I'd been resisting that two-pack on the grounds that it's not available over here and the Jim Lee Cyclops has started shelfwarming at retail...

Now I need it.

Random tangent: Do we know what the sitch with Ancient Relics is? I mean presumably the Action Force issues were included in Transformers Classics UK vol 4 (helpfully the Waki article for this volume uses story names rather than issues)... but that was in, what, 2013? Has any of the UK Action Force ...

I didn't remember that until about an hour after watching it, tbh.

Unrelated note, when are they going to get off their arses and animate the rest of the missing episodes?

I liked the idea of doing a Two Masters story just for the sake of it, tbh. Especially as it ties up the (admittedly unnecessary) "when did he regenerate" loose end, and also means that the Cyberman plan in Dark Water is basically a direct continuation of what he was upto here. Did think t...

I never want Capaldi to leave. Nice to see Simm playing the Master straight for once. Though boo to overexplaining the symbolism at the end there. They really have not been very good at establishing the difference. What was the name of the other Cyberman planet anyway? The one from Tomb IIRC. Telos....

See, as Capaldi's first season cliffhanger I can see why they'd announce the Cybermen in advance considering that once you film on location on a street it's all over the papers anyway (though that begs the question why they write these scripts as a surprise when Moff must know he'd have no choice b...

So I love how they put two absolutely superb would-be jaw-dropper twists into "World Enough and Time" and then included both of them in the "next time" package on the previous week's episode.

Great ****ing job guys.
