Can anyone else hear a transformation sound bite in the video for Swedish House Mafia's vodka ad "Greyhound"?

No joy in London, the highlight of Forbidden Planet was an unboxed Masterpiece Rodimus for the princely sum of £234.99. An oddity I noticed across lines in there was that individual toys within the same price point had different prices.

Thanks lads, I'll check out Forbidden Planet anyway. Have been in Hamley's once before, had a similar experience to yours Cliffy, exorbitantly priced!

Transformers in London

Hi all,
Going to be in London for a day next week, and will have a couple of hours to myself, so I plan to trawl for some transformers! Anyone local have any recommendations for toy shops over there?

Thanks!

Dark of the Moon Ark Playset

Well it's that magical time of year again - when the prices on the movie line toys drop a bit. Anybody pick up one of these Ark toys? Opinions?

Fansproject: Causailty

http://www.fansproject.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/2011_Causailty.png Fansproject have thrown up a new teaser image, seems to suggest a combiner team built entirely from their figures. Two of them are repaints of Crossfire and Munitioner, the next shadow looks to me like it could be a ...

Picked up amongst others ROTF Leader Prime and HA Sideswipe. Spent an hour trying to coax Prime to transform to truck, seriously considering buying a second one to avoid doing it again, solid marketing there Hasbro! HA Sideswipe's driver seat doesn't push back far enough for Epps to actually fit in,...

Hey Nav, where did you get that computer console on the left of your table? And is that Ark-style paper under some of the paperformers? Any idea where I could get a hold of that image? Thanks

As far as toy technology goes (or went), it was new for the toys to be able to shoot water (á la the Aquaspeeders / Stormtroopers). However, given that Ironhide had been shooting all kinds of stuff out of his fist since the first episode, it didn't really point to anything new in-fiction. The laser ...

The sword seems sorely out of scale, more like a kitchen knife in his hands!

See the hand on the Vortex arm? Are they two feet in blue? Where did they come from? And where do they go?

I got the Menasor produced by the same crowd last summer, it was absolutely dire - apart from being packaged with two Technobots, Drag Strip and Breakdown didn't transform at all. It was interesting to get a look at MotorMaster though. To the credit of the guy I bought them off (not the same seller ...
