I've never been able to afford sealed G1 toys so most of mine are loose by default. There are few still in the box, though. I do keep old, rare, imported, and autographed toys sealed. I'm very much an archivist personality-wise so I see more to keeping a toy sealed than just future monetary value (I...

Looks like the movie did exactly what it was supposed to do: 1) It entertained, and 2) it made tons of money. Appealing to critics is probably a distant #3 but two out of 3 isn't bad I would say. :)

Some recent TF items have had me scratching my head and this is definately one of them.

I also really loathe Disney but really love TFs so I'm split down the middle on whether I should be interested in getting this thing or not.

Prime: Cullen. Always and forever.

Megatron: Welker. Perhaps others have formulated more amusing, interesting voices. But none are so iconic as Welker's.

Well, I'll admit that I'm a bit biased so I would say yes. But since I'm just trying to spread the word and not trying to sell anything (I don't work for Rifftrax, I'm just a fan), I would say it's completely up to you. The homepage has a number of movie samples if you want to investigate first. I b...

Worst movie you ever saw? Seriously? You need to watch Glitter sometime. Or Crossroads. Transformers will look like Ben Hurr or Lawrence of Arabia then.

Audience reaction was insane both times I saw it. The first time I saw it, it was a week in advance and I won tickets for a sneak peak showing. It involved standing in line for 5 hours with a huge line (I'm safe in assuming the majority of people there were TF fans. Why else would they wait for 5 ho...

I think he was a bit more realistic and logical in the movie, compared with all the other versions of him. This was an Optimus that probably wouldn't have had himself blown up in a videogame, for instance, but would have gladly given his life to protect Earth from the Allspark. He let Bumblebee and ...

I'm far more interested in finding out what/who created the Allspark to begin with. Starting from that point would explain a lot in terms of its real purpose and/or TF reproduction. It's interesting that the movie shows us bits of the Cybertronian alphabet but doesn't quite indicate 1) if it's relat...

Well, I think it's pretty cool, naysayers aside. It's a combo of my two most favorite things ever. What part of the the phrase 'zombie robots' is NOT cool? I just hope they're metal eating zombie Transformers. And they don't talk. Although I love Marvel Zombies, it kind of annoys me that all the zom...

I'm sort of burned out on albums that are just preexisting material from other albums/artists for the most part. I say this knowing the original movie soundtrack was about the same fair, but it's still annoying because it's done almost exclusively now. Doesn't anyone hire artists to write original m...
