As someone who didn't take to Beast Wars initially. Was in my early twenties and thought Scorponok was an insult to the Marvel G1 version. But I wasn't collecting back then. I did like Beast Machines, blasphemy I know. Anyway when I did get back collecting, I wanted to try the BW series again. I hap...

What about the Marvel story where Megatron fights the Predacons and blows up the space bridge? There were no Autobots in that one.

A few spring to mind: Prime's speech at the observatory in TF1. "It's just you and me now, Megatron!" "No Prime, it's just me!" Marvel G1 Predaking towers over a wounded Megatron whose had half his face removed. "I am Predaking, the greatest hunting machine in the galaxy and...

Animated Rodimus

TF:TM Unicron

Movie Bumblebee

Movie Autobots

TF:TF Rodimus Prime

Target 2006 Galvatron. Not so much the introduction but the revelation he's Megatron. I hadn't seen the film when I read UK 83 and his revelation to Jazz that he was Megatron just blew my ten year old mind away.

After reading their MTMTE profiles, I wanted Whisper and Windsweeper repainted from the War Within Seeker mold.

Both their profile pice reminded me of that mold and it would be a nice way of both homaging 2 obscure characters and bulking up the Seeker ranks.

I love the Firecons! Crap I have: Pretender Jazz, Grimlock and Starscream. At least the Actionmasters fit in the shells. All deluxe cars. Just annoyingly big, especially next to the jets. Not sure why I bought them. G1 combiners. Annoyingly small. Have most of them At least I have my Korean oversize...

Since I got the custom clip on heads on Ebay, G1 Ratchet and Ironhide became two of my favourite G1 toys. They have nice arm articulation, no elbows but shoulders and WRISTS!. ROTF Nightbeat - coolest repaint ever in car mode. I keep the awful head down, change around his legs so he has Throttlebot ...

I had G1 Override growing up. Loved him. The way the rifles sprang out was cool. I love the Firecons' beast modes and stumpy bot modes. If their arms had been on ball joints to give them some small bit of articulation, I'd love them more. Throttlebots. Rollbar has more character than most TF's in th...

Personally, I'd use Quake for Q. He was one of my first TF's and a cool toy from 1988. Though admittedly I was also fond of G1 Quickmix. Other options for E would be Eject, Electro or Excavator, though the last one may be too long. Speaking of Quake, his Nebulan partner Tiptop might be another optio...

Personally, I think Repugnus would be well matched with Sparkstalker. As for Pretender inner robots not being memorable, I love Cloudburst and Landmine. They have very cool bot and alt modes. I've often thought Classics Jetfire should be repainted as Cloudburst. Maybe give him a new helmet to homage...

I hated the original Classics Starscream. His colours were poorly applied and terribly bland. In fact he put me off the mold for a long time and I'm a Seeker nut. Plus, he seemed blocky compared to my precious Robotmasters version. Then I took a chance on Ramjet followed by Acid Storm who redeemed t...

I know he's not a Classics figure, but ROTF Breakdown is a wonderful homage to the G1 character. What I miss though, is the huge double barrelled cannon that the G1 figure had.

Actually Botcon Streetwise and Breakdown along with Classics Mirage might look good with them too.
