I'd had a feeling Scorpy either was working for or was the Grand Architect for a while now. Guess that really was his ship on Clemency. I'm glad the Magnificence is finally getting dealt with. All we need now is something to clean up Thunderwing's Pretender tech and we'll have sorted out the last o...

Clay wrote:No, it appears to be the Titans Return Hot Rod from this year.

EDIT: Actually, it looks like a new mold altogether.
Seems they've decided on a design/transformation style for G1 Hot Rod toys they really like and it's going to stick around forever.

The rumour is this leaked from a retailers meeting, which is why it's so detailed of products.

All I care about is the Hun-Gurr being real. And Slag/Slug.

I was never convinced that Missy was the same character played by Roger Delgado, Peter Pratt and Anthony Ainley. Similarly, I'm going to have a really hard time seeing Whittaker as the same character played by Capaldi, Davison and Hartnell. It's just a bridge too far for me. So... why is it a bridg...

Is the Hot Rod that combines with the trailer a retool of that bloody Classics mould from over ten years ago?

Ah ok, fair enough. And we still don't know who Tyrest's boss is, or why the Portal only lets certain people through, or what combiner team Ambulant belonged to, or how much Grimlock knows, or who crashed the Symbol ship. Is it normal to wait years for the answers to clues in a monthly comic? Hell,...

Reading through this thread, if I'm looked down upon for being a fan of Doctor Who only since the 2005 version, and loving Donna from start to finish I'll embrace it. I saw a post of someone complaining about pomposity. In this thread, that's almost too funny.

Would seriously consider picking them up for a lower price.
So pretty much anywhere that stocks them that isn't BBTS?

I remain skeptical.

The only 'source' is the this one MTVGeek article which appeared out of know where and gave a whole bunch of vague sourceless maybes.

No, and they probably won't be released here as the major retailers are putting everything on clearance and not getting new stock to prepare for the movie.

Got the Leader (Ultra? Supreme?) Ultra Magnus from RiD at Target for 36c in 2007. And then a month or so later 10th Anniversary Optimus Primal for $13 odd from the same place.

Classic Megatron for $25 and Energon Unicron for $70 at two different toy shops were pretty good as well.

I saw an excellent Simpsons episode on Channel 4 in the last couple of weeks. It was a new episode, a Treehouse of Horror one; and it felt like it was all done by the writers of the Movie, because there was much more sardonic humour, and it had that feeling of the writers trying to outdo themselves...
