Pretty pathetic this but on peaugh's page stands that the following reviews will be done by Mike really soon. (really soon because they were on top of the list)

ROTF Skywarp (Mike)
ROTF Sideswipe (Mike)

That's what I find hilarious about Peaugh now. He's getting sick of getting as many stolen chinese toys to review, so he's getting someone that is from the stolen chinese toy factory to review. Personally, if someone were to subscribe to Peaugh, I'd think they did that to get reviews by Peaugh, and not by GenZhao.

Speaking of,

Until we work out a few kinks on our side of things, here are official product images brought to you by tfw2005.com

And if you missed it, here are the RotF figures on display at the Hasbro Collector's event, as reported by tfw2005.com.

Devastator looks really cool. Certainly monstrous, and a nice mix of old and new. I hope all the components have robot modes in the film. It's a real shame that the Supreme Class figure's components do not appear to have individual robot modes. I suppose there are limitations, and the gestalt mode does look rather complex in itself - perhaps precluding decent robot modes for the individuals. Still, the gestalt looks totally amazing!

BEWARE: most of what is below is pure speculation; here's hoping I am proven to be a conclusion-jumping idiot.

If TF2005's Hasbro Collectors Event pictures are anything to go by, only two of the Constructicons are going to have their own robot modes - namely, the RH800 (aka Scavenger), and the Bulldozer. I'd imagine these are the only ones that will transform on the big screen. Also, niether of those figures look complex enough to have a third, combiner mode.
Likewise, it looks to me like none of the components that make up the Devastator figure actually have robot modes.

TF2005's Collectors Event Pic Thread:

Cite for "Scavenger"
http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-...chmentid=14169

I am somewhat peeved. Screw HasTak’s budget, and their profit margin; I know what I want, and I’m likely not alone in wanting it - a Devastator with components that ACTUALLY HAVE INDIVIDUAL ROBOT MODES. Even if I have to buy the bloody things seperately.

Heh. Rampage is a perfect name for Bonecrusher, even in a new form. Regardless of what happens in the movie, he's Bonecrusher to me.

If you're right, and it looks like you are, then Devastator is just six TFs that combine to form him. If they don't transform then there really is no point to this, IMO. I won't be picking him up, especially at the price tag he's at. He reminds me of Energon Prime and the same arguments apply. If his arms and limbs don't transform I'm not interested.

I will probably pick up the individual figures that transform, though. I really like the look of Rampage. Is he deluxe or voyager? He reminds me of Bonecrusher.

Devastator looks nifty, and I respect that there probably not a way to make the figure work if the individual components had individual robot modes. Still the price tag is a bit steep (though on par with 2 voyagers and 6 deluxes, which I believe are the size classes of the individual transforming/non-combining figures, so you'll be spending $100 either way...). I'll pick Devastator up if he goes on clearance, and play the individual units as they come.

Rampage, though, looks great! If I'm looking at the pics right, he's got for legs, and it looks like his tread become ammo belts (not practical perhaps, but dang cool).

Sideswipe continues to look very impressive.

I'm not so keen on the Twins or the Mig, though.

Long Haul also has a robot mode. There is a link in the Toy Fair thread that shows a Long Haul Action Heroes robot mode.

I wish they had a shot of Sideswipe from the back. Does he have a rocket backpack? That looks like a rocket backpack.

Regardless, I may wait for the red repaint.

There is just one thing(two) that are not right: On Devs, there is no part of Scavenger seen. (the red is an other kind of red) and the second thing is: Bonecrusher/Rampage(I think that name only works on a certain TM2 crab but whatever) is a part of Devs and he's got a robot mode. It sounds really normal o me then that the others have robotmodes to.

All of the pictures are entitled "Demolisher," yet everyone keeps referring to the shovel as Scavenger. Is this purely out of familiarity, or is Demolisher actually the wrong name?
