I really dug the heavily processed sound, the plain vocal not as much.
The whole sound of the clip with the ambient sound effects was very creepy and cool. Giving the sense of villiany no matter what Starscream was going to say. He could have said "Double scoop mint chocolate chip" and it would have been scary.

Come on and wind me up.

Did anybody else hear two voices? The "I'm Starscream" part which was heard in a more or less normal voice, and all the other stuff before and after that were a different voice-or heavily processed one.
Few stuff in the UK to trade/sell. Measly sales thread.
Okay. Does this qualify as a confirmation that it's NOT Daniel, or does it only mean that the voice will not appear in the movie (but may end up in the game)? He did phrase his sort-of denial somewhat ambiguous.

I don't like it. I could only make out a few words, and I couldn't piece together what he was saying. It was something like: "Sector 7 . . . Starscream . . . [the clear part, where he says 'the allspark will be mine'] . . . [something like 'what are your intentions']," and I couldn't make out anything else.
Chris Latta Died of a brain hemorrhage in 1994
Formerly stand-up comic, Toured in late 80s early 90s.
He was the original voice of Nuclear-plant-owner C. Montgomery Burns on "The Simpsons", before circumstances forced him to turn the role over to Harry Shearer after the first few apearances. Shearer modeled his performance after Latta's, and was able to seamlessly assume the role.
Also originally provided the voice of Moe the bartender on "The Simpsons".
Was a prominent voice actor in the 1980s, most notably doing multiple voices for "GI Joe" (where he voiced the evil Cobra Commander and the heroic grunt Gung Ho, among others) and "Transformers" (where he voiced the treacherous Star Scream and Wheeljack, among others).

Did I detect a hint of Armada etc style there? I adore Chris Latta's rendition (of course), but have grown partial to Michael Dobson's outing. Highly sampled and some pieces hard to understand...
... although a bit there seemed to indicate that they'd hired Seaspray to try for the part...

If Starscream does indeed not have any lines it'll be a piece of piss for him.
