WOW! thumbs up to Rhino for the R1 set

Now all I need is to pray for Maverick to match/better this or sell my current dvd player (which is a useless hunk of metal anyway) and get proper multi-regional one.......

Rhino is a US-based company, which holds the license for distributing Transformers (G1, BW, BM, RID and future properties(?) ) on any home video format in the US only.

Pioneer - Japan
Maverick - UK
Malofilm - Canada
Rhino - US
Madman(?) - Australia [Madman only recently aquired the movie rights. It could be only the movie... and/or series. I bet if the TFTM DVD sells well, then the series will come out on DVD there too.]
Not sure about other places, though.

I guess 3 DVD's means that "Villains" won't be included after all, which is good... I guess this means there'll be 5-6 episodes per disc, which is much more sensible...
Hang on to your ego.

I'm still waiting...

...for the 98 episodes on one DVD, at around £50-75. I mean, they'd be at least VHS quality. It'll never happen, but I think it would sell well.

It will be included. It says so on Rhino's Info Help page, or at least did the last time I checked (been awhile). The most likey episodes count will be 6/5/5 on a dual-layer disc.

Sorry peeps, but is been a lonnng time since I posted, but the reason being the stupid amount of work I been doing, and the added fact of traveling across Europe having something to do with it as well...

Anyway good news Amazon are taking preorders for the set now!!
