Wouldn't have these made more sense as early Universe releases? The movie line now has more UT releases in it than it does Movie releases already!

I dunno, surely it makes more sense to roll out Universe with the new figures rather than a few old recolours? I expect we will see a lot more of this sort of thing in Universe than we did in Classics I, but I'd expect it to come after the first batch of new moulds.

those repaints, even though i detest them utterly, are at least ones that deserved a new paint job. the old paint jobs, maybe jetfire's was good but still, were horrid. how could a decepticon NOT spot wingsaber flying around? he was white with red and gold (possibly blue?) coloring. "hey look, it's a bling-auto-bum! shoot him down!" was the thoughts that i always had in mind for wingsaber. but nonetheless with prejudices aside for reusing molds a lot, at leats both get an even more realistic desert camo job on them. :D

I wonder if they made any changes to that Wingsaber mold...maybe it is still able to combine with Cybertron Prime, guess it would look nice^^

Wow,that's much more green than I can stand.Would look pretty strange on Optimus, but maybe I'll repaint it.But both figures look great with a new paintjob,I like it.

Found at an auction site, but with the TF Club watermark, I can't say for sure where those pics originally come from (tried to find a thread at the TFClub boards, to no avail).

I'm definitely going to try and pick up both of these, whenever it is they're going to be available in the US. For me it's a personal irritation that Jetstorm is a Decepticon, and in my opinion Jetfire's original colors looked better. Wingblade looks pretty sweet though.

As nice as the Bomber looks, I think I'm set with Classics Air Raid. It offers pretty much the same look, with more shelf space. We'll see if he ends up on clearance.
