IDW's new releases section has been updated with a 5-page preview of Escalation #2. Also featured is the 5-page preview of Spotlight: Sixhot, which they put up a while back in the preview section -- however, I don't believe we've seen the b&w variant covers before.
Rauch has really come a long way since Infiltration -- really digging his stuff, and Su continues to impress. I hope the story is as good as the visuals. Looking forward to the Sixshot one-shot too.

It's hardly Micromasters -- that was a disaster in every respect. The preview images aren't bad, and are certainly augmented by some nice colouring. I’m a big fan of Raiz (Tokyo Storm Warning was a treat) and stylistically, this is quite similar to a lot of his work.
Looks like its going to be another good'un. Also liking Primes holo-image...atleast it fits his alt mode. Looking forward to buying this issue. Love the whole 'autopsy' cover with Sun's remains and Ratchet looking like a puzzled CSI guy.
According to the letters page in the back of #1, Zac Atkinson is taking over from John Rauch, and I think the transition was mid-way through work on #1. Guess we'll find out in a few days.

Honestly, I had no idea about that. Well, presuming that's correct, he should have a very positive effect, judging by those preview images.
I said it before and I will say it agian the art of escalation and inflitration suck, the story is srtong but from my point of view a good story needs good art, I just got use to dons and pats great art with the Tformers that this does not fill my plate they need to us dons art in escalation I know he is busy with other stuff but like I said its mine point of view
