chibi transformers/pixel transformers

Hey, I'm new.. And I see alot of peoples avatars as little transformers, and I was wondering where they got them ? Did they make them there self ? Or is there a site some where. I have seen alot of these before and there so cool, I want them all !!

If you're looking for a custom, I've given out a tool-kit to make free chibis for avatars, et al. The link is below:

Nick very firmly does not allow modifications to his icons, which is understandible. I consider the Autobotrix sprites, though, to be 'open source', so you can make what you want with it, and edit as you like for your own Avatar.

So I take it alot of people just make them there selfs ?
Any tutorials I can check out on how to make them ??
I was also wondering if theres any animated ones that look like these do ? Because I was thinking of how cool they would look animated...

Animated avatars are not allowed. Remember that.

If you do want to make them yourself I'd say nick's site has a tutorial IIRC and should do you fine but I think you're better using the TFVanguards Autobotrix as it is a nice tool to use for it with great resutls.
