I have no sound currently. Is it gonna be another freaking game, are we getting toys, and/or are we getting non-transforming toys out of it?

Game of the year CONFIRMED

So, uh, it's a mix of Age of Extinction and the 1986 movie for whatever reason?

Haven't you heard? AoE is a remake of the '86 movie... complete with Stan Bush soundtrack.

I was hoping for a game based around all the great Transformers that turn into birds. Like Divebomb and Arcee.

Stan Bush making the soundtrack would make up for everything the film is probably going to do wrong.

I've been making a similar remark on other boards; the worst part about this is that in terms of shameless commercialism, this makes perfect sense.

...huh is what I've got to say about this. It's interesting I guess. I wonder if it'll be like Angry Birds Star Wars. If it's a buck I might pick it up just to see.

Just imagine Optimus Prime riding Grimlock while The Touch plays in the background.

*Optimus Prime climbs up onto Grimlock*
"Lockdown much be stopped, no matter the cost!"
*The Touch starts to play*

Why not? Because it's the start of a slippery slope to turning Transformers into a full on commercial whore with no care for quality nor integrity! What next? Monopoly Transformers? Mr. Potato Head Transformers? Marvel Transformers?

Madness I say, madness!

TBH, This level of brand bastardisation has gone through the roof since ROTF.

I'm waiting for My Little Pony Transformers. Or some other delusional cross-brand incest-athon that's a marketing man's wet dream.

We've already had lunchboxes, pjyamas, cars etc. I'm waiting for JML to get onboard and deliver us a Transformers based home care product that we can't live without.

Having lived through the initial round of this sort of thing I'm not surprised in the least. Anyone remember the Transformers Big Wheel? They've always spread the name, and the merchandise, far and wide.

At least unlike most of the other Transformers video games this one promises to be at least entertaining.

And I'm sure someone out there is practically hoping for that one.

That someone might even be on this board.
