First Look at Unicron [?]

RiD Optimus is gonna be so pissed whne he finds out what's happened to his upper torso & arms...

Not bad, though. If this is the Aramda release, it's a nice pitch between the classic look and an update.

Nah you don't need to sell organs, since he will actually be released stateside you won't have to pay import prices to get him.

Odd to think that Brave/Fort/Whatever Max will be taller though :)

Opps forgot to add, must buyyyyyyy.

The good thing about the size, though, is that he won't be ridiculously priced, again providing that that *is* him [I really can't stress enough that there's no official confirmation as yet...]...

True, since prototype toys tend to look far different from their starting counterparts. Well sometimes.

Nevermind...

Whilst I like the NeoUnicron mould, I also really like the new one. I think I'd repaint the purple bits, but it looks as if it has a lot of play value and is a very welcome and appreciated nod to tradition. (Something else to bear in mind is that the NeoUnicron mould would have lost a lot of detail as a mould... it was a hand-made prototype...)

Say what you like, but from me it's warm regards and thanks to Hasbro...

Pics are gone from that site, but let's face it, two seconds of online exposure and five hundred people have propagated the information...

Hopefully this isn't another case of someone having stolen a prototype (as I believe a preview of another mould was obtained)... Hasbro need tighter security, methinks... but on the bright side, people are definitely interested in what they're doing...

Ahhh... Right then! Yeh, theft could be a reason for the disappearance of the page... or it's possible it was just a leak, and Hasbro were pissed that, let's face it, the biggest TF new figure for years got premiered somewhere other than transformers.com...

Posted by Steve-o Stonebraker @ ATT:
Hasbro asked ADC to remove them. As with the Overload pics, these
pictures were -- apparently -- leaked/stolen (not by ADC directly, but,
somewhere along the line). Which really sucks. I wish people would just
let Hasbro make their own announcements when they actually want to make
their own announcements.
Golly... well, that is good confirmation that that's the figure at least...

I like the BW Neo mould better but it is still pretty cool. Who's that he's standing beside and what size is he?

I almost think Hasbro let's these pics get out just enough to cause everyone to want the product :) But hey any publicity is good, especally of this magnitute.

Yeh! And he turns into a moon... oh please be called Moonbase 1! And you can probably trap little Minicons in the front of the planet and have Unicron munch him! Now, an Orson Welles soundbox would be cool!
