G1 Jet Redeco question

...except that it's a dark-ish purple colour. Does anybody know who it is?

None of those. Now that I think of it, it may be a different mold all together.

I'm going to my Mom's house tomorrow, so I'll check it out and take pictures then. Sorry.

Funny, I have never noticed before that the wings on the decepticon jets are upside down in that catalog picture, that's one for officially mistransformed.

Nice. He's a mighty fun mold. One thing to note is that TFU has his shoulders mistransformed (the purple tail fins should be tucked in in robot mode). Weapons are a bit carp, but he probably my favorite Triple-changer mold (I have Astrotrain, Springer and Blitzwing).

I actually lost his tank turret part (or my cousin lost it before he gave it to me, not sure) a long time ago, but at least I know who that missile and sword, lying around in my misc figures box belongs to.

Heh, yes, mine suffered from a similar malady, and way back then I could not find another tank turret, so I had to get another Blitzwing. As a result I have a Blitzwing and an imperfect clone on the shelf.

You and just about everyone else almost all the Blitzwings you see on Ebay are missing their turret but they are are also usually missing the weapons-so you are doing better than most on that score.
