"Command Performances!"/US #20 credits?

For some reason, back in the day, I saved Omega's tiny weenie scans of this one, rather than Brendan's, and don't appear to have the credits... I know Bob wrote it, Don pencilled it and Nel "Incapability" Yomtov no doubt pissed on it in a variety of colours, but anyone know who lettered it? Janice? Or the inker?

'Command Performances' credit box says it was lettered by Janice Chiang. It's #19 by the way.
