Help Identify This Figure

Post by Quadpredacus »

Anyone have any idea what these pieces are? They look familiar and I swear they came off a transformer but I can't track down what figure they are from for the life of me. They came in with a box of randoms figures and parts.

Doesn't look like they come from any Transformer I've ever seen. And yet there's something really damn familiar about them, but that could just be familiar design cues.

The chromed claws suggest some kind of a beast mode, too.

Maybe it's from Sentai or Brave?

If I had to guess I'd say Power Rangers -- what was the source?

At first I thought I recognized them from a Superhuman Samurai Cyber Squad (geeze what a mouthful) toy I had as a kid, but they’re not from that. However, they are (at least in part) from Dyno Dragon from the same line.

You might want to visit TFU; that Internet site has a variety of matchups and information that may or may not find out more about what/who you're looking for. TFU has helped me a lot. I never knew that there were so many toy robots whose alternate modes were marine vessels, for instance - so give TFU a whirl.
