Latveria meets Cybertron redux (large pic)
ok, so I totally blew off my yardwork today and decided to flex my creative muscle. I had an idea of "what would Dr. Doom look like on Cybertron?" and just took it from there. I used Prisma Color pencils after doing the rough sketch, and for ideas, I used Kicker, Doom2099, and the version of D00m that appears in Heroes Reborn on Franklin Richard's counter earth. I have also always loved the seeker's side arm null rays, so I wanted to incorporate that as well as a shoulder mounted blaster. I guess, after finishing, he doesn't really transform into anything, but I kinda see him as the next gen Dr. Archeville. Anywho, enjoy.

Galactus & Unicron-together at last (large pic)
So, there has been lots of talk of what would happen when these two titans clash......what we have here is not really a fight scene, but just something I thought of in my head, and as always, the thought is way better than the execution for Zeeks. But I gave it a go, and I am somewhat satisfied with the results.
Instead of using colored pencil this time around, I tried water color ala Alex Ross. Then, a little black felt tip marker for detail and craptacular shading. Afterwards, I scanned in the image and set it against a pic of space for that added effect.
Meh.

continuing the Galactus/Unicron Theme, I came up with this over the weekend. I'm actually pleased with the results on this vs. the first one I did. Same method- watercolor, black ink, and a little phtoshop magic with a galaxy background.

Could do with inks to bring it out, I reckon.Originally posted by Kremzeek75
Really like the framing on the first Unicron/Galactus piece; the planet provides balance as well as giving the scene some background plot.
