Sam Goody going out of business sale!

Post by Terranigma Freak »

Not sure if it actually belong here, if not, please move it.

Anyway, I just found out that Sam Goody is going out of business and everything is going out with a 20%-40% sale. What this means is if you want to pick up Transformers movies, TV series, or whatever boxsets, now's your chance to go check it out. I'm going to see if they have all the Beast Wars boxset there.

Is the sale going on right now? Or will it be starting in a few days?

The sale actually started on Feb 1 this year, and I hear from cheapass gamers that they'll increase the discount for up to 40% today.

Sam Goody is not a person, it's a chain of video/music stores. It sells movies, music, games, and some other junk.

Interesting, Media Play's closure was supposed to sure up Sam Goody and Suncoast, but apparently that wasn't enough. I would imagine we'll see Suncoast going out sometime this year as well.

I got Star Wars: Knights of the Republic II for $12 tax included so it's definitely worth checking it out. I may swing by it again today.

Ok, I just got Beast Wars Season 2 and 3 for 20 bucks each. Pretty good deal. I couldn't find season one.
