Transforming Pens
Transforming Pens
A while back I posted an article (also containing some video footage) about the award winning marketing company Post No Bills which mentioned it would be making transforming pens for the up and coming film.
Sadly they will not be based on any specific Transformer character nor will they be exclusively for the Transformer film. But they look pretty nifty.

Director's commentary: I'm up late/sick/bored, reading through old posts, posting nonsense in them. I'd like to apologise to the world for being aggressive here. I posted this as a jokey thread but upon reading the reactions I thought "I'm gonna just go all out and be the Dirty Harry of a Transformers message board! It'll be hilarious!" I have to say that I do not condone such behavior. I thank you. Think I'll buy the entire world a pint. Not crazy.
It's not as if it's the first...
They never said anything, it was an article about their bloody company
Well as Daniel said it’s not exclusively for Transformers, gives them room to market to many companies (Which is fair enough since they are a marketing company) without having the Transformers brand associated with it. Plus its just a little promotional pen.
Read some of my other points and imagine a few ****s and ****s here and there just to make me sound cooler.

Is there any point in reiterating the last post with the super addition of a swear word to make you sound cooler...Originally posted by Angelophile

It is in regards to the fact that an article had previously claimed that they would be "Transformers" transforming pens- I enquired about this and it turns out they're not. I was merely reporting the fact that there will not be "Transformers" transforming pens just like I would if it turned out the live action film was a Gobot film and not a Transformers based film.

the pens given out at the Hasbro licensing show are silver (not red as pictured) and have the transformers logo on the side and the copy 07-04-07 ... there is also a "transforming" calculator with the same color scheme/copy ... it is similar to those self-opening calculators you have seen, but has an extra moving flap that makes it look more complicated.
i know, not movie related, bla bla bla. just thought id share.
