Blackout is adorable.

I guess if that particular poster has them, then they're being manufactured at the moment. Did Hasbro ever announce how they're putting them out, where normal retail, store exclusive, or Hasbro ToyShop?

I for one am glad to see that rotor weapon thingy can detatch from Blackout's arm. As for Thundercracker, I can take him or leave him.

Ah, as it should be, largest Decepticon, Almost, but small toy. How in heaven's name am I supposed to stop my collecting of TF's?? If this one ever shows up here, and that counts for Rodimus too, I am doomed...

I like that Blackout. But why didn't they make the Cybertronian mode that showed up in the show?

Wasn't he some kind of spaceship/jumpship in the show? I did wonder about the helicopter blades, since those would be completely superfluous and unnecessary...in space. :wtf:

Yeah right, sure. I am just starting, and I won't be able to pick it really up 'til I am what they use to call a Grown-up??? Here, they do very stupid about toy-collecting, and it's been years since I had my last girlfriend....

After watching the first part of "Transwarped" again, Blackout was some kind of transport space ship in the show.

I stand with my first comment: I like this toy better than the movie version.

Photo review of Animated Blackout:

The transformation looks really similar to Lugnut's. Looks like the back rotor snaps onto the legs in alt mode. Can't tell if it snaps on anywhere in robot mode though.

Got Starscream, so I don't need a repaint regardless of how he looks.
I'm uncertain about about Blackout, I like his vehicle mode, but I'm not sure about the robot form, it reminds me too much of Lugnutz and I don't care for Lugnutz, and the head is too small for the body and not pronounced enough.
