Kay Bee's and Energon

Post by Ravage »

It looks like Kay Bee's is going a big clearance on Energon. Saw a bunch of Wingsabers and a few Grimmy and Swoops at the Kay Bee's in Plattsburgh and Messena NY. Not sure if this is true everywhere though or not.
The bunnies, they give me knowledge it is neat.

Point of advice:

Grab all the Grimlock and Swoop sets that you can, and sell them on ebay. You'll thank me later.

You, sirs, have just hit on the impossible: still-functional Kay Bee stores. Last I heard, Kay Bee had gone out of business, and were shutting down all of their stores (they did so in all of the areas in Utah where I lived), though, considering that they're having a major clearance on their Armada and Energon toys, that could mean that your stores are singing their swan songs, right about now, trying to get rid of all of their merchandise before closing their doors for good. Maybe I'm wrong, and Kay Bee is still going strong, in some areas, but I doubt it.
Weakness is strength.
Ignorance is knowledge.
Death is life.
For there can be no strength without weakness...
No knowledge without ignorance...
No life without death...
And no light...without darkness...

No, you're right... they're on the way out. I guess the individual store closings are being done gradually, though.

They weren't closing them all down, just a good portion of them. In Boston, I knew of two stores. One of them closed down. Sadly, this one tended to have better selections and was within walking distance from my place. I have to basically take a 1/2 hour to an hour train/bus ride to get to the other.

Really? I thought they were out for the count, and that it was just a matter of sweeping up the debris.
