Grimlock costume

Post by chiasaur11 »

I'm thinking of making a transforming Grimlock costume.
Any tips?
I know I can move on hands and Knees.

You mean a costume you're actually gonna wear?

Well then. I'd suggest first getting the Grimmy toy you're going to model it after. Then, figure out which mode you're going to be in most often(i.e. if it's Dino-mode, put your arms in the arms and legs in the legs so if you decide to transform for a few seconds, you don't spend a lot of time uncomfortable . . . ). Then, make your costume with whatever materials available.

Or you could make a Transforming suit and when you want to transform, just go into a bathroom and take off the suit and transform it.

If you're not talking abou a suit you're gonna wear, then just ignore me, OK?;)

Start with a Barney costume and add cardboard panels?
