What a great job that would be. Worst Transformer name ever? Well, we'd have to look at the rest of Takara's post Car Robots naming and come up with a short list first...

Quoth Nevermore:
"Tera Shaver"
Correct me if I'm wrong, but does he transform into a jet? If so, then 'Terra Shaver" would make more sense (with two 'R's).Quoth Cliffjumper:

Terra is a synonym for Earth, and a jet diving down and pulling up just before he crashed or flying along just above ground level might be described as 'shaving the ground'. Either way, only a very skilled (or insane) pilot could pull that off. That name alone tells me a lot about what Terra Shaver's personality might be.
Ooo, Perceptor! I want a Diaclone-colored E-Hobby black Perceptor!

Pteranodon.

Perceptor was Microman, not Diaclone.
Must've been Microman then (it was a long time ago). He was black with black gun, black missile launcher. Instructions showed robot, microscope and tank mode.
Had a grey version of Shockwave as well which came in similar packaging.
