Unless the gunmetal silver on his legs is the usual photoshoped colours used by Hasbro to make their toys more appealing, I like him more than Masterpiece Convoy.

My bad then, upon closer observation on the hasbro photos, it seems to be painted silver, not chromed.
As evidenced by all three releases and the respective comments [not referring to you], Hasbro\Takara might as well burn the mould. Nobody seems to be pleased by any of the three variants "Gray gun no G1 Cartoon" "No long smokestacks, battle damage" and now on tfans all the rave is about "yellow on face blue gun nooooes"
Seriously, burn the mould.
