"So, how many Gobots/Spychangers are there?" "69, dudes!"
This nifty site lists all the repaints of the Gobots/Spychangers, and if you add them all up it comes to a grand total of 69. To have a complete Spychanger army, I would need 49 more. Whether or not I actually try to buy all of those 49 depends on how much more of my sanity disappears.
