I joined just after Christmas 2001, 27th I think. So, I've been here almost 5 months.

About the middle of October 2001 for me I think. I had seen this place before then, but I hadn't read the discussions pages or anything like that, just came across it during a Google search.

Joined in august last year. Since then I've been banned twice, in under a year no less. My first memories are just being a nuisance to the board harassing people and just being a little brat thinking I was better then everyone here and all this crap. I remember Cliffy basting me over a few topics more specifically the whole Brawn is Alive thing. Then for some werid reason that even I have not discovered yet, me and TC84 were fighting in pretty much every thread over on thing or another, sometimes me right sometimes him. Sometimes he'd start it or I would. People got mad we se'd stop only to begin again a week later. The whole point of the olympics where it was Canadians Vs. Americans over the gold medal thing. My first banning. Nothing interesting after that and now it's now.

Got loads of early memories rushing back to me

One early memory for me was Carley revealing himself as neo-megatron and loads of people argueing if he was funny or just trouble.

Galvatron91 had just been reformated from the Game91, Strafefox64 was Starfox64 or was it the other way round?Stonecold was just Skywarp but had pretty much the attitude anyways
and Brendocon wadn't yet embarked on invading TF boards with am army of alt ID's (or at least so I presume;) )
Transfans invaded big time and the archive striked back.
Seibertron just started and promoted his sight by bringing it up on everysingle message board. Actually 90% of the first 40 members are all archivers I'm sure.
Angloconvoy hadn't quite pinkified everything yet.
And Denyer hasn't changed a bit.

One of my favourte memories was when Shrapnel was on quite unfriendly terms with Brendocon ( A big gestalt battle thing) and was best mates with Hotdog Divebomb LOL.

And somewhere around the corner soon a boy named 'Tom' was about to find http://www.tfarchive.com off a search engine or link page to register as a bright red mini-bot

I remember when Clay was a mod. I remember Big T and Carly. I remember Skywarp being very uptight about double posting and post counts in general. I remember when every other post was about which gestalt was the best. I remember some kid called Rodimus Prime (or something like that) that couldn't accept an opposing point of view, and if I remember correctly Cliffy and him had some pretty nasty fights. I remember when party threads were allowed. I remember when everyone had a sig pic made by Skywarp. In all that time, only 98 posts.

Me? I'm pre-option 1. Some time around June 2000 I first stumbled onto this site... and no, I didn't come in after dl-ing eps - it was after looking at the text docs. I'm yet to download an episode from the site, and long ago lost the requirement to ever do so

I remember recruiting TAB and the ensuing wars...I remember leaving about 7 times...I remember killing TAB in an emotional post which no-one read...I remember becoming a mod at Seibertron and leaving about a month later...I remember the Transfans invasion...I can remember posting about tea and becoming tea boy with a magical trolley...I remember banned_in_1_post...I remember Springerr and all the crap he pulled, I remember becoming a mod here...and then leaving for a few months getting my modship revoked...I remember the Seibertron-porn controversy...I remember when TFW2005 was hacked...I remember Mirage saying 'hi'...I remember staying online all morning one saturday deleting rubbish from Roddy-Carly...I remember Saysadie leaving and forfitting modship...I remember Prowl, Bruticus, Earthen and Eternal 1...I remember the controversy over Highbrow and Apeface...I remember the ORIGINAL Highbrow controversy...I remember the great alt.ID purge...I remember when ICQ worked for me and chatting to the other staff...All this and much much more...

And I remember when Auros got "accidentally" banned for about six months because his IP was the same as a troll!

I have to throw in a correction here...the gestalt wars caused a wee bit of friction between me and Sky, not Brend, and I was on very unfriendly terms with Brendo because of a fight we'd had regarding a post made by Addl on another board...all the very confusing...

But yes, that was pretty daft...Brend shows up and I suddenly get bitchy, HDD shows and I think he rules. I don't actually remember how me and Brend sorted our problems. I have a feeling it had to do with him becoming TAB and giving me the password or something like that...I'm not sure. Brend, you any ideas?

I had to pick option 2. I know what it says about the date I registered for the forum, but I was lurking around well before then....

That and leeching episodes from the website like crazy

IIRC, I clubbed sense into your brain because you were dissing Addl for being Addl... and it stayed at that.

Counterbrend (how many of you remember him?!) was in TAB, at the time that I was in TUG.

I handed over the Tipsy Anteaterbot password shortly after MEGATRON "left" and I made several posts about needing a new butt... I told you that you could have the password if you guessed who I was... you guessed at Brend (I replied "I guess you'll never know") and I gave you the password anyway.

I then became GOD (Gestalt of Destruction... I miss Defcon), making it obvious I was the same person who had possessed TAB, and then created HDD to join Anglo's gestalt (giving me presence in all four corners thus guaranteeing victory!), again making it obvious.

And despite knowing that I was HDD, and that HDD was TAB, you were still completely stunned several months later when I mentioned that I was TAB. Dumbass.
