Evidently BBTS just sent out their weekly email (courtesy of 2005 board's nkelsch):

TAKARA BINALTECH BT-09 WHEELJACK: We've received preliminary info about the BT-09 release. Wheeljack will be a white repaint of the BT-06 Tracks release. Takara has not officially announced this release yet, but we are confident based on past pre-announcement info that has leaked out that Wheeljack will be announced soon. BBTS should be the first place to offer this new Binaltech figure for pre-order - enjoy!

Update: Looks like Collectable Kingdom have fallen for it as well:

Remember, those guys have also been listing the rumored Dodge Neon for months.

I also have to explicitly point out again that Collectabe Kingdom had already put up the Dodge Neon before, together with the rumored Dodge Ram as well as Side Swipe remolded as "Sunstreaker", all of whom have been subsequently taken down again.

So... This might mean that BBTS actually weren't totally wrong after all... or it could mean Collectable Kingdom are a bunch of hacks.

EDIT:

On closer inspection, the bottom of the page reads "This product was added to our catalog on Friday 28 May, 2004." That was the day BBTS originally put up the preorder. OWNED!

You can presume yourself what that means for the Dodge Neon preorder...
